LinkedIn buries legal ops roles under attorney and paralegal noise. HireLegalOps lists only contract managers, CLM admins, e-billing specialists, legal project managers, and adjacent roles — the people who actually run a legal department. We are early, and your listing will be one of the first. That is a feature: the candidates who find it are looking specifically for what you're hiring.

What you get
What's the catch?
None. $99 once, locks the $99 rate for any future listing forever, first listing on us at launch. The honest part: we're brand new, so the candidate side ramps over the first six months. The lifetime $99 lock is how we're offsetting that.
How long does each listing run?
60 days of active visibility. Your listing stays on the /jobs index, gets a dedicated page, and is indexed by search engines from day one. You can refresh it once before the 60-day window closes; after that, post a new listing at your locked-in $99 rate.
Are listings indexed by Google for Jobs?
Yes. Every job page ships with JobPosting schema (structured data Google reads to surface roles in the Jobs experience), full canonical URLs, and a sitemap entry. You don't have to do anything — it's wired in by default.
What if we don't fill the role?
Honest answer: we don't refund based on outcome — no job board can. What we do guarantee is the listing is live for 60 days, indexed correctly, and routed direct-to-your-inbox with no recruiter middleman. If the listing has a technical defect (broken apply link, missing details, indexing issue), email hello@hirelegalops.com and we'll fix it within one business day or refund you in full.
Can we edit the listing after it's posted?
Yes — at any point. Send the changes to hello@hirelegalops.com and they'll be live within one business day. Common edits: salary range, remote/hybrid status, apply email, role description.
Are you taking listings from recruiting agencies?
Not right now. The board is built for in-house legal-operations hiring — companies posting their own roles, candidates applying directly. Agency-posted roles dilute the signal and push candidates toward the recruiter funnel we're explicitly avoiding. If you're a corporate in-house team using an agency for sourcing, that's fine — post under the company name.
How does the founding-rate guarantee actually work?
You pay $99 today. Every future listing you post — months from now, years from now — also costs $99, regardless of where the standard rate moves. The standard rate for new employers after the founding period is $249. We're holding 50 founding slots total. Once they're gone, $99 lock-in is gone.
How many founding slots are left?
We don't surface a live count to avoid scarcity-theater. Email hello@hirelegalops.com if you want the exact remaining number before you commit.
